Next Week - Fall Kickoff Breakfast

On Sunday Oct. 5th, we will move to our new worship center & use the new Sunday schedule. The Foundations class will now meet at 9am in WT310 and attend traditional worship at 10:15am. This will also be promotion Sunday for all the kids.

To kickoff this big change, we will have a Fall Kickoff Breakfast. The following people have signed up to bring these items. Please let me know if you would like to be added to the list. This would also be a great week to bring a friend since we’ll have the “extra” fellowship!

• Berry - kolaches
• Crockett - fruit
• Silberman - breakfast tacos
• Morrow - banana bread
• Lofts - muffins
• Gould - egg casserole
• Smith - “something good from Mary Lynn!”
• Shinogle - cranberry bread

We’ll see everyone at 9am, ready for some food, fellowship and a lesson from Romans 1-3!

EXTRA NOTE: The Music Builds Tour concert on Friday evening will no longer be a class event since it has been moved to the Berry Center and ticket sales have been suspended.

Just a reminder about our Mission Project on Saturday at North Central Baptist Church. We’ll be doing some painting & cleaning inside the church, as well as gardening & general yard work on the property. Please bring any supplies you have, as we won’t know what’s needed until we arrive.

Location:North Central Baptist Church (2102 Tidwell)

• Take I-45 North to Tidwell Rd.
• Exit Tidwell Rd. & turn Right
• Travel East on Tidwell Rd. for 4-5 miles
• The church will be on your right.

Time: 9AM to 3PM (at the latest, depending on how fast we accomplish the tasks at hand) Lunch will be provided.

Items to Bring:

• Paint rollers & brushes
• Paint trays & painter’s tape
• Dropcloths (plastic & cloth)
• Screwdrivers/hammers
• Garden tools
• Brooms/rakes/shovels
• Weedeaters/edgers/trimmers
• Large trash bags

Hope to see everyone there. (Rumor has it that our class had the best sign up!!)

Hi guys,

Just a reminder about Sunday School tomorrow. We will be gathering with the Faith class in the Grand Room for a lesson from John Music. We will start at 9:50 in order to be out by 10:30, so please make an effort to be on time.

 Also, could a few people bring breakfast to share with the group? Ethan & I will bring some muffins and there will be coffee, juice, etc. as usual. If you plan to bring a breakfast item, please email the group…that way we don’t have 10 people show up with donuts!
